Thank you for working with EZ PZ Tech. This page explains how we work together — in plain English. If anything here doesn’t make sense, just ask us.

What We Do We build websites, provide hosting and ongoing care, and offer tech support and remote assistance. Our full pricing is on our Prices page — what you see there is what you pay. We’ll always confirm the price with you before any work begins.

Payments The Basic Website is $300, paid half up front and half upon delivery. Any custom work is quoted and agreed to before we start. If we’re registering a domain for you (.com, .net, or .org), there is a $20 per year domain fee for as long as you’re with us, payable up front.

Your website belongs to you once it’s paid for. Simple as that.

Revisions Every website includes one round of small revisions after you see the first draft. Small revisions are things like text changes, swapping photos, and small layout tweaks. Please send your revisions within 5 days of receiving the draft. Bigger changes — redesigning a page or adding features — are priced by the job, agreed with you before we start. Quick edits start at $50 and page refreshes at $200.

Hosting & Monthly Care Hosting and care is $30/month. Your website needs a home online — that’s true no matter who hosts it. With us, that covers hosting, security updates, backups, and yearly domain renewal. If something breaks, you text us. It’s billed month to month — no contracts.

Cancellations You can cancel any time, and you take everything with you. If you leave, we hand over your site files and your domain, free of charge, no exit fees. Here’s the only thing we ask: please give us at least 60 days’ notice before your domain’s yearly renewal date. This makes sure the handoff is smooth and your domain doesn’t expire in the middle of a transfer.

To take your domain with you, you’ll need your own account at a domain registrar (like GoDaddy). Once you have one, we unlock and transfer the domain to you. From then on, renewing and managing it is your responsibility. Note: under standard internet rules set by ICANN, domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of registration or renewal. If you’re canceling inside that window, you’ll need to pay your domain’s renewal fee first, then wait out the 60-day period before it can transfer — that’s part of how ICANN works, and unfortunately it’s out of our hands.

Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. Once work is underway, it’s priced and agreed to beforehand, and the completed website is yours to keep and take anywhere.

The domain fee is non-refundable, since we pay it to the registrar right away.

Monthly hosting: you’re paying as you go, so cancelling means you simply don’t pay next month. No partial refunds needed, no exit fees.

Referral Program Refer a business that signs up with us, and you get 10% off your next project or update. The referral counts once the new client signs up and pays. Just have them mention your name when they get in touch. Discounts apply to a single future project or update, not monthly hosting.

Tech Support Tech support and remote assistance is quoted custom. Tell us what you need and we’ll give you a clear price before anything starts. Same rule as everything else here: no surprises.

Changes to These Terms We aim to keep things simple and fair, and we may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
